What you agree to when you receive care from Healthaide clinicians through telehealth.
What telehealth is
Telehealth is the delivery of healthcare using electronic communications, including secure messaging, video, and asynchronous review of the information you submit.
Benefits and limitations
Telehealth offers convenient access to care without an in-person visit. However, a clinician cannot perform a physical exam, and in some cases they may recommend you see a provider in person.
Your responsibilities
You agree to share complete and accurate health information, tell your clinician about any changes in your health, and follow up with in-person care when advised.
Your rights
You may decline or withdraw from telehealth care at any time without affecting your right to future care. Your information is protected under the same privacy standards as an in-person visit.
