By accessing the Healthaide website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where Healthaide services are available. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your health.

Medical services

Healthaide connects you with independent licensed clinicians. Any treatment is prescribed only after a clinician determines it is appropriate for you. Submitting an assessment does not guarantee a prescription.

Our services are not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Payments and subscriptions

Prices are shown before you check out. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future shipments at any time from your account or by contacting our care team.

Because prescription medications cannot be resold, opened or shipped medications are generally non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use our services on behalf of another person.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthaide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
